Refund Policy

Promorang offers a ten-day (10 day), satisfaction guarantee on all initial fees paid to the company. All subsequent fees are non-refundable. When purchasing a membership and/or a subscription with Promorang, you are required to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation policy, refund policy, terms & conditions, policies & procedures, etc. Upon purchase, you agree to pay for the chosen services on a four week (exactly 28 days), subscription-based billing cycle and for Promorang to charge your account for any purchased services as well as any additional fees that may be accrued by your purchase including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, etc. Prices for our services may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event that price is reduced, increased, or changed in any way. You are responsible for the timely payment of all costs and for providing Promorang with a valid payment method for all costs. Any and all transactions conducted are final.
You may view your next billing date for any and all of your Promorang subscriptions at any time from your personal Promorang Dashboard. You are responsible for cancelling your membership in a timely manner prior to your next billing date. Previously completed payments are non-refundable unless applicable to our initial ten-day satisfaction guarantee.

METHODS OF CANCELLATION:
• Cancel Online
You can log in to your Promorang account and cancel your subscription without needing to contact your Promorang administrator or contacting the company. Note: You must use method two (2) if you are requesting a refund per our refund policy or have a remaining commission balance.
• Cancel Online & Send Email for Refund or Remaining Commission Balance Use if within 10-day money back guarantee or for remaining commissions.
Orders and Subscriptions must be cancelled in your dashboard, prior to the next scheduled processing date (no exceptions). Once your subscription or account with Promorang is cancelled, submit a REFUND request via email to adminsupport@ Promorang.com from the e-mail address on file for your account and include your username and Promorang identification number. If you are requesting a refund per our refund policy, please also include the transaction receipt sent to you via email by Promorang upon your initial registration.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE:
If you elect to cancel from Promorang, you will have to pay $150 for the recurring subscription fee plus a $79.99 non-refundable reinstatement fee (total $229.99) to reactivate the account. Promorang’s services revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions so in an effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our refund policy and do not make exceptions. Note: You must wait at least six (6) months from the date that your account is cancelled to re-join.
